How to Nominate Someone
We’re looking for heartwarming stories, individuals who have faced challenges and still light up a room. If you know someone who deserves a new smile, here’s what to do:
Create a short video (2-5 minutes) that includes:
Introduce the nominee
Who are they? What’s their story?
Share their journey
Tell us how their smile—or lack of one—has impacted their life.
Explain why they deserve a smile makeover
How would this change affect them?
**If you’re self-nominating, you must find someone to sponsor and create the video for you.
